La parte ma\u0301s difi\u0301cil de las negociaciones au\u0301n esta\u0301 por llegar: ambas partes esta\u0301n pasando a la &#8220;Fase dos&#8221;, en la que se deberi\u0301a tratar el acceso al mercado, la proteccio\u0301n de la propiedad intelectual, las subvenciones industriales de China, las sanciones estadounidenses a Huawei y las empresas de vigilancia chinas. Es poco probable que veamos un acuerdo integral antes de las elecciones estadounidenses de 2020. Otorgamos una probabilidad del 55% al escenario en el que EE. UU.
