Hay que dejarlas crecer, evolucionar para que se adapten a los nuevos gustos y\/o necesidades de unos consumidores cada vez m\u00e1s digitales y sensibilizados con temas como la sostenibilidad, la igualdad o la conciliaci\u00f3n, y que se caracterizan por su cada vez mayor empoderamiento.<\/p><p>Internet ha democratizado el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y la digitalizaci\u00f3n facilita la toma de decisiones de compra a golpe de clic. Las redes sociales act\u00faan como un potente altavoz que los usuarios utilizan para mostrar sus opiniones y creencias, conscientes de que su voz cr\u00edtica har\u00e1 adoptar cambios a la empresa si el asunto se viraliza.<\/p><p>Por otra parte, el cliente de hoy ya no consume por lo que vale el producto o servicio, sino que lo hace seg\u00fan lo que la marca dice, hace y representa. Es decir, el precio, la calidad y la experiencia son atributos que se dan por hecho, pero ahora el consumidor quiere que las compa\u00f1\u00edas en las que conf\u00eda compartan sus valores. \u201cHasta hace poco, una marca pertenec\u00eda a la empresa que hab\u00eda invertido en perfilarla, desarrollarla y monetizarla. Sin embargo, la realidad es ahora bien distinta, ya que han pasado a ser una propiedad comunitaria que pertenece a empleados, clientes y accionistas\u201d, dice un informe de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accenture.com\/es-es\/insights\/strategy\/brand-purpose\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Accenture<\/a>, que reconoce que los consumidores esperan que las ense\u00f1as est\u00e9n alienadas con sus principios, lo cual es todo un desaf\u00edo para las compa\u00f1\u00edas, obligadas a estar en permanente escucha.<\/p><p>El citado estudio se\u00f1ala, adem\u00e1s, que para el 73% de los usuarios las decisiones de compra est\u00e1n influenciadas por las palabras, valores y acciones de las empresas y que el 59% ha dejado de comprar por su actuaci\u00f3n con respecto a un tema social.<\/p><p>Este reto es, a la vez, una oportunidad para demostrar que se es capaz de acompa\u00f1ar al cliente en su propia evoluci\u00f3n y crecimiento con una imagen adaptada a lo que se espera de ella, moderna y resolutiva.<\/p><p>El trabajo de adecuaci\u00f3n no es nada sencillo. Hay que abordar una auditoria con clientes, trabajadores y proveedores para comprobar c\u00f3mo identifican y asocian la marca. En ocasiones, no hay m\u00e1s ciego que el que no quiere ver, y muchos empresarios creen hacer lo correcto y no son capaces de escuchar lo que les dicen sus usuarios. No faltan ejemplos donde se abre una brecha entre lo que el p\u00fablico entiende o espera de una compa\u00f1\u00eda y lo que \u00e9sta realmente refleja.
