abri\u00f3 con tres importantes noticias de l\u00ednea dura en el frente comercial: (i) nuevos aranceles del 100% sobre determinadas importaciones estadounidenses procedentes de Francia, que no se aplicar\u00e1n antes de enero; (ii) aranceles del 10-25% sobre los metales de Argentina y Brasil con efecto inmediato; (iii) comentarios del Presidente Trump, rest\u00e1ndole importancia a la urgencia de un acuerdo de fase uno con China, afirmando que &#8220;podr\u00eda esperar&#8221; hasta pasadas las elecciones de 2020, declaraci\u00f3n que tuvo un impacto adverso en los mercados, que estaban fijando los precios seg\u00fan la inminencia del acuerdo de fase uno. Los aranceles podr\u00edan tener un impacto considerable en el caso de Francia (-2.100 mill. de EUR en p\u00e9rdidas de exportaci\u00f3n), ya que el vino espumoso, los productos de belleza y las maletas ser\u00e1n los m\u00e1s afectados. Sin embargo, algunos de los costes ser\u00e1n soportados por el consumidor estadounidense y no por los exportadores (por lo que las p\u00e9rdidas de exportaci\u00f3n podr\u00edan haberse sobreestimado), ya que los productos como el vino espumoso no son sustituibles (productos de lujo, denominaci\u00f3n de origen controlada).<\/p><p>\u00a0Estimamos p\u00e9rdidas potenciales para los exportadores de acero y aluminio de Argentina (-102 mill. de USD) y Brasil (-282 mill. de USD). Esta volatilidad pol\u00edtica, tras la suspensi\u00f3n del aumento de los aranceles de octubre sobre China, refuerza la hip\u00f3tesis de que la incertidumbre deber\u00eda seguir incidiendo en el comercio del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, en consonancia con nuestra previsi\u00f3n de crecimiento del comercio mundial del +1,7% en 2020 (despu\u00e9s del +1,5% de este
