delante<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1c376a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d1c376a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tras veinte a\u00f1os de negociaciones, finalmente el 28 de junio se firm\u00f3 el acuerdo comercial UE-Mercosur (Brasil, Argentina,Uruguay y Paraguay), lo que represent\u00f3 una contundente declaraci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en un entorno marcado por las tensiones de la cumbre del G20 en la que se abordaron cuestiones comerciales. Sin embargo, el acuerdo a\u00fan debe ser ratificado por el Parlamento Europeo y por varios parlamentos nacionales y regionales. Para ello podr\u00edan tardarse m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os, ya que a\u00fan deber\u00e1n superarse varios obst\u00e1culos: la &#8220;vigilancia&#8221; pol\u00edtica de los gobiernos de Francia, Polonia e Irlanda; la oposici\u00f3n de los lobbies agr\u00edcolas europeos y los partidos verdes, as\u00ed como el riesgo electoral en Argentina. En segundo lugar, en t\u00e9rminos de eliminaci\u00f3n de aranceles para las exportaciones de la UE (91%), se trata del mayor acuerdo que ha alcanzado la UE. El acuerdo tambi\u00e9n elimina los aranceles sobre el 93% de las exportaciones de Mercosur.<\/p><p>\u00a0Finalmente, las estimaciones preliminares de las ganancias de exportaci\u00f3n derivadas del acuerdo ascienden a 5.000 mill. de euros anuales para la UE: los principales beneficiados ser\u00e1n los sectores de maquinaria (1.700 mill. de euros), productos qu\u00edmicos (1.100 mill. de euros, incluida la industria farmac\u00e9utica) y automotriz (821 mill. de euros). Con todo, el sector agroalimentario de la UE podr\u00eda tener que enfrentarse a la competencia de las importaciones de carne de vacuno, etanol, aves de corral, caf\u00e9 y az\u00facar, entre otros. El acuerdo presionar\u00eda a la industria del Mercosur a corto plazo, contribuyendo posiblemente a favorecer su competitividad a medio
