comediante sin experiencia pol\u00edtica, arras\u00f3 en la segunda vuelta de las elecciones presidenciales del 21 de abril, obteniendo el 73% de los votos. El actual presidente, Petro Poroshenko, tan solo consigui\u00f3 un 24%. Dado que Zelensky todav\u00eda carece de base parlamentaria, el resultado de las elecciones puede intensificar el estancamiento pol\u00edtico, con inclusi\u00f3n de las reformas cruciales exigidas por el FMI, hasta que se celebren las elecciones legislativas programadas para octubre de 2019. Las elecciones anticipadas ser\u00edan una soluci\u00f3n pero, supuestamente, no se contempla ning\u00fan procedimiento claro para dicho escenario.\u00a0<\/p><p>Los fracasos de Poroshenko durante su mandato incluyen unos mediocres resultados en cuanto a las reformas ordenadas por el FMI, escasos progresos en la lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n y pr\u00e1cticamente ning\u00fan avance con respecto a la insurgencia respaldada por Rusia producida en el este de Ucrania. Abordar estos \u00faltimos dos temas fue una promesa clave de la campa\u00f1a de Zelensky, pero no esperamos que se produzcan avances r\u00e1pidos y significativos al respecto durante los pr\u00f3ximos dos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s o menos. A corto plazo, ya se ha planteado un desaf\u00edo econ\u00f3mico: Rusia ha anunciado que prohibir\u00e1 las exportaciones de petr\u00f3leo y carb\u00f3n a Ucrania a partir de junio. Dado que Rusia representa el 35% y el 65% de las importaciones totales de petr\u00f3leo y carb\u00f3n de Ucrania, respectivamente, prevemos una escasez de suministro y, en consecuencia, un aumento de la inflaci\u00f3n en el 2S de 2019.<\/p><p>&#8230;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
